When I saw “The Country Gentlemen Show” live i was amazed!. I started thinking how much they sounded and resembled the actual Country Gentlemen. Then I realized! ,The Country Gentlemen Show is to The Country Gentlemen what  The Earls of Leicester are to Flatt & Scruggs. Brought tears to my eyes, Great Tribute.   Jerry Eicher “Ole Hippie Bluegrass Show”

Yesterday and Tomorrow is a remarkable album. The Country Gentlemen Tribute Band are continuing to honor the legacy of this historic bluegrass ensemble by creatively adding the Country Gentlemen stamp to fresh and inventive material right alongside the timeless songs that are known and loved by legions of fans -  Braeden Paul  Bluegrass Today  January 2024

The entire album successfully captures and recreates the former pioneering band's historic sound and psyche with elements of smooth and popular folkish, countrified bluegrass that tells stories. Mike Phipps provides the solid vocalizing reminiscent of Charlie Waller's.  The Country Gentlemen Tribute Band’s Yesterday and Tomorrow album conveys enthusiasm, excellence and respect for an iconic sound and legacy of an inspiring ground-breaking bluegrass group. (Joe Ross, Roots Music Report  March 2024)

It's been at least 30 years since I had the pleasure of mixing The Country Gentlemen. Once The Country Gentlemen Show took the stage and  the first of their vocals hit the air it brought back a flood of memories. It was a pleasure to be at the audio helm for  you , and I look forward to doing it again soon.  ( Al Torrence- ART Sound Ontario Canada)
